WHO WE ARE
ENlife consulting has been founded in 2020 by Gianluca Basso and Roberto Antonini, with the aim of making their professional experiences available to selected customers, for supporting their growth strategies.
Gianluca Basso
Corporate Business Development and Licensing Director for several years in multinational Italian companies (Zambon, Bracco and Dompé), with also a recent experience as CEO in a healthcare services company.
Has a 360° expertise in managing the lifecycle of portfolios including a wide variety of products: pharma (prescription, OTC, biotech), medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
A previous experience as Marketing Manager in Indena and as responsbile of the Italian Health and Nutrition business of RpScherer (now Catalent) completes the panel of experiences
Roberto Antonini
Senior Executive with 25+ years of General Management in international environments, with proven track record in business expansion and turnaround, driven by strong focus on results and people.
After the first years spent in Marketing & Sales in FMCG and Pharma OTC companies, Roberto has covered General Management roles in Italian international companies in Italy and Europe (Zambon, Pikdare/Artsana and Abiogen). He has also covered executive roles in McKesson Italy (Admenta Italia), the largest pharmacy chain in Italy and Europe.
Roberto has also been Board member and then VP of the Italian OTC association (2008-2015) and is currently Roberto is also board member for an Italian Pharmacy chain (Pharma Green).
